Surface Drying Oven is a special surface drying facility which was painted with paste.It has some merits. For example,it has a high production efficiency,stable transmission,and easy installation,maintenance and gathering film,etc. It can be sorted into three types based on the varieties of fuels.They are fuel, fuel gas, and electric heating. Productive capacity: 80- 150 sheets/ hour The maximum allowable width of plate: 360 mm Effective length of baking oven: 7 m External dimensions: 12m×0.9m×1.8m( L.W.H ) Energy consumption: 7-8 kg/h ( fuel or gas) Electric heating:120 kw Mold of transmission: transmitted by stainless steel plate , the speed is adjusted by buncher.
